Resistance
that thinks.
COIL changes weight before you feel it change — from 1 kg to 90 kg per arm, mid-rep, with no plates to load and no pin to move.
Two motors. One thousand readings a second.
Weight plates are fixed increments — 2.5 kg jumps, an 8-second swap, a rack you have to walk to. COIL replaces the stack with two independent electromagnetic arms that read force at 1000 Hz and adjust resistance in under 150 milliseconds, so the machine can change load in the middle of a single rep.
Every plate machine asks you to make a decision before the set starts and live with it for twelve reps. COIL makes that decision every 150 milliseconds, easing off half a kilo on your weakest rep and adding it back on your strongest — the kind of accommodating resistance that used to need a spotter.
The result reads on the panel in real time: force, velocity and range of motion, logged per rep, per arm, forever.
Programming for however you move.
Every program is built by a coach or physiotherapist, then tuned automatically to the force and range COIL measures from your last session.
Strength
10–90 KGBarbell-pattern lifts — squat, press, row, deadlift — with load that climbs automatically as your bar speed does.
Hypertrophy
5–70 KGAccommodating resistance holds tension through the full rep, built for time-under-tension over max load.
Mobility & return
1–20 KGPhysio-designed sessions for rebuilding range and control after time off, with light, precise assistance.
Conditioning
5–40 KGInterval work built around instant load transitions — no rest lost swapping plates between movements.

"I stopped dreading leg day because I stopped having to load the leg press. It's just... already the right weight."
"My physio programs my recovery sessions directly. I don't have to guess what 'light' means anymore."
"Installed in an apartment with paper-thin walls. Nobody upstairs has ever noticed a single session."
One machine. No monthly plate order.

30-day home trial
Train on it for a month. If it's not the right fit, we collect it and refund the deposit — no restocking fee.
Free white-glove install
A technician mounts, calibrates and load-tests the unit on your wall before your first session.
10-year motor warranty
Both electromagnetic arms and the load cells are covered — parts and labor — for a decade.

Does COIL replace a full gym?+
For most strength, hypertrophy and conditioning goals, yes — the resistance range (1–90 kg/arm) covers the vast majority of home training loads. Dedicated powerlifters chasing a one-rep max above that range typically keep COIL as a secondary tool alongside a barbell.
How loud is it really?+
38 dB at typical training load — quieter than a running refrigerator, and measured with the panel speaker on. There's no clanging plates or dropped weight to account for.
What if I don't like it?+
You have 30 days from install to decide. If it's not for you, we schedule a free pickup and refund your $250 deposit in full.
Do I need a stud wall?+
Yes — COIL mounts to two wall studs at 40cm on-center. Our install technician confirms stud placement before drilling, and can advise on reinforcement plates for older homes.
Is the membership required?+
The first year of coached programming is included with purchase. After that, membership ($49/mo) unlocks new programs and live load analytics — the machine still functions for manual, unguided sets without it.
